Walking...talking...and SEPARATION ANXIETY!!!

Makena has become much more confident in her walking abilities. She can most definately balances herself while standing and she can walk clear across the living room. Very cute to watch...she takes these tiny steps and sometimes she will take steps in place before she takes off again. Talking?? Well she is babbleing a lot. Her language use to consist of "guh...guh.." or "uuh...uuh..." now she is all about the babababa...mamamamama...dadadadada and my favorite ayayayayaya! Those tubes sure have made a difference. We went to Texarkana this weekend to visit Justin's parents and ever since we have been home she has had some serious separation anxiety. I think that is why she hasn't been going to sleep on her own very well. She cries for longer periods of time now, but rocking her is out of the question because she would rather play. If she hadn't had tubes put in, my inital thought would have been an ear infection based on her behavior.

Not much else to report...I have pics but the camera is in Makena's room and she is asleep...can't wake her. I will post them later.
